Who processes data

The operator of the TumioAI website and licensing service is Self-employed seller Maria Mikhailovna Tumina · Tax ID 230820103199 · Krasnodar, Russia. For data-processing requests: support@tumioai.ru.

Our main principle

Photos, thumbnails and analysis results are processed locally on the user’s computer. Photo contents are not uploaded to the TumioAI server.

Licence activation

Activation and support may involve your email, a technical device identifier, application version and licence status. These are used to verify the right to use the software and restore access.

Purchases

After sales open, orders use an email, selected plan, order number, amount and payment status. These are needed to fulfil orders, send keys and receipts, recover licences and process refunds. Payment will take place on Robokassa’s page: TumioAI does not request card numbers, expiry dates or CVC/CVV codes. The payment provider explains its data processing in its privacy policy.

Error reports

Reports are sent only following a user action. They may include Windows and TumioAI versions, CPU model, logical thread count, RAM, GPU, graphics driver version and recent technical log lines. Paths, filenames, emails and licence keys are masked. Photos are not attached.

Website statistics

After browser consent, the website creates a random anonymous identifier and sends the page path, visit date and interface events, such as a download start or preliminary PC check. Demo search text is not sent. Advertising trackers are not used.

If you decline optional statistics, page views and interface analytics events are not sent. Your choice is saved only in the browser and can be reset by clearing website data.

Yandex Metrika

After consent, the website loads Yandex Metrika counter 113420111 to measure visits, referral sources and page actions. The service uses cookies and technical identifiers and may process IP addresses, browser and device information. Webvisor is disabled: session recording is not enabled. Goal parameters do not include emails, licence keys, photo search text or photo contents. Query parameters and URL fragments, including order numbers, are excluded from URLs when the counter is initialised.

Before consent and after rejection, Metrika code and its tracking pixel are not loaded. To stop future loading, clear website data and choose “Decline”. Yandex describes its own processing in its privacy policy.

Downloads and technical logs

To deliver installers and count real downloads accurately, the server separately records download requests, referral sources and file versions. Server logs may also contain IP addresses, request times and browser information. These records support service operation, abuse prevention and diagnostics; declining optional statistics does not disable download-request processing.

Storage and protection

Data is kept only as long as needed for licensing, support, security and service stability analysis. Access is restricted to authorised administrative tools.
