Public offer: TumioAI software licence

1. Seller and subject of the agreement

Self-employed seller Maria Mikhailovna Tumina · Tax ID 230820103199 · Krasnodar, Russia offers a non-exclusive right to use TumioAI under the selected plan and licence terms. For orders, complaints and support: support@tumioai.ru.

The buyer receives an electronic licence key, not a physical product. TumioAI is intended for local photo organisation and search, duplicate detection and quality assessment. Exclusive rights to the software are not transferred.

2. Plans and features

Personal — 1990 RUB: perpetual licence for 1 computer, no photo limit, updates for 12 months.

Family — 3990 RUB: perpetual licence for up to 3 computers, no photo limit, updates for 12 months.

Payment is one-time, in Russian roubles. There is no automatic subscription or recurring charge. After the update period ends, the right to use the purchased version remains. Any future renewal price, if renewal is offered, will be disclosed separately before purchase.

Before buying, read the system requirements and test the first 1000 photos free. The current release is a beta; see the release notes. AI can make mistakes: review move plans and keep a backup.

3. Ordering and payment

After sales open, the buyer chooses a plan and provides an email for the key and receipt. This offer, delivery and refund terms and data policy are available before payment. Paying for an order means acceptance of the offer edition available when ordering. You may leave an order incomplete before payment.

Payment takes place on Robokassa’s secure page. Available methods and the total are shown before confirmation. TumioAI does not request bank card details. The licence is provided after the payment service confirms a successful payment; returning to the website in a browser is not confirmation.

4. Receiving your licence

The key is emailed automatically after payment confirmation, no later than 24 hours after confirmation. Electronic delivery is free. Download the installer from the website and enter the key in the application. Licence verification requires a connection to the licensing server.

If the email is missing, check Spam and the order’s email address, then contact support with your email and order number. A self-employed seller’s receipt is provided as required. A payment acknowledgement does not replace the self-employed income receipt.

5. Cancellation, defects and refunds

The procedure and deadlines are published on the refund page. Buyer rights under applicable law remain regardless of the trial, key activation or software use. No additional unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee is offered.

When a licence payment is refunded, the right to use that paid licence ends and the seller revokes its key. This does not affect the user’s rights to their photos or their files.

Send questions and complaints to support@tumioai.ru. Order-related data processing is described in the privacy policy. Changes for future orders do not change completed purchase terms or restrict statutory consumer rights.
