System requirements

  • Windows 10 22H2 or Windows 11, 64-bit.
  • CPU with at least 4 cores and AVX2 support.
  • 16 GB RAM.
  • SSD with at least 5 GB free space for the application, models and cache; leave additional space for your archive and backups.
  • Optional acceleration: a compatible DirectX 12 graphics card with a current driver. The application uses CPU processing if GPU acceleration is incompatible.

The CPU model and supported instructions matter more than its year. A browser cannot reliably verify AVX2, GPU compatibility or actual free disk space. Check your computer specifications before downloading.

Updating an existing installation

From beta.35, use Settings → Check for updates. Its beta.36 update is approximately 70 MB. For beta.34 or earlier, use the full beta.36 installer in the existing installation folder. Close TumioAI first and do not manually delete the old installation. Your database, settings and licence should be preserved.

Beta.36 improves update completion, activation persistence and photo quality assessment, and adds descriptions for swimming pools, gates and fences. AI model weights are unchanged. If an update is interrupted, keep recovery backups and contact support before deleting anything.

After installation

Photo analysis is local. Internet is needed for downloading, activation and updates. Follow the walkthrough. If a previously activated licence appears as a trial, use licence recovery in Settings or enter the key from your email again.
